- **Art Prints & Original Art:** Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- **Shirts & Mugs:** Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale or discounted items.

**Return Process:**

2. **Receive Instructions:** We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
3. **Pack Your Return:** Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
4. **Ship It Back:** Use the provided label or ship it back to the address given in our return instructions.

**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Exchanges:**
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
